CANCELLATION POLICY
I dedicate each clients time to their service. CARD ON FILE FOR NOSHOW PROTECTION. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. When booking an appointment a credit card must be saved on file in order for it to be approved. I require a minimum 48 hour notice of any cancellations or reschedule for appointments. Failure of cancelation or rebooking within 48 hours of your appointment date and time, a 50% charge fee may be applied. After 24 hours if you decide to cancel or fail to show without notice, a 100% charge of service will be applied. Late arrivals of 10 mintues or more I may cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule, as a result a 100% service fee will be charged. For this to be avoided, You must contact me through text or email regarding your arrival time and arrangements can be made with rescheduling or being able to still fit you in.
